All exhibitors receive a 50% discount on published registration rates for the Oklahoma Hospitality Leaders Dinner, allowing you to continue your engagement opportunities on the opening night of the Expo, August 19, at 5:00 PM at the OKC Convention Center. Seats are not guaranteed unless confirmed with pre-registration. Pre-registration is required by August 3, 2026.
