2026 Exhibitor Convention Access Times
August 17 - 1:00 PM-6:00 PM (move-in large trucks only)
August 18 – 7:15 AM-6:00 PM (move-in all other exhibitors)
August 19 - 7:15 AM (Expo officially opens to Buyers at 9:00 AM / Closes at 5:00 PM)
August 20 - 7:15 AM (Expo officially opens to Buyers at 10:00 AM / Closes at 3:00 PM)
There are multiple loading docks equipped with several dock-high overhead doors, which can accommodate semi-trucks, and are located on the east side of the convention center. A limited number of dollies are available for your use.
2026 Exhibitor Floor Closings / Move-Out Times
Exhibit Hall closes at 6:00 PM each day, including the final day. Please note that no equipment, whether large or small, may be moved out after closing. We apologize, but due to facility contracting, no exceptions can be made.
Big Truck Parking (complimentary)
Parking for larger vehicles is available in the FAR SOUTH lot of the OKC Convention Center. This is the dirt/gravel lot south of the paid lot. Security is scheduled from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM on Tuesday & Wednesday.
Exhibitor and Buyer Parking
The closest parking to the entrance of our Expo Hall is in the paid lot immediately south of the convention center. Parking in this lot is $15 in/out.

For your convenience, factor110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied by a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. If you have questions about Material Handling, here is some help.

Shipping Direct to Oklahoma City Convention Center
The Oklahoma City Convention Center does not permit any UPS/FedEx small package advance shipments. Such items should be directed to the f110 Advanced Warehouse.
Pre-Show Shipments:
Freight shipments will be accepted by factor110 on July 27-August 12, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
A material handling order and advanced notice required. Freight received without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid. factor110 or ORA is not responsible for any items shipped directly to the convention center outside these restrictions.

EXPO POLICIES
• The Oklahoma Hospitality Expo is a trade event and is NOT open to the public. You must be directly involved in the foodservice, hospitality, or tourism industry to attend.
• No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo (including infants and toddlers in strollers). This rule is strictly enforced and applies to both attendees and exhibitors.
• Any person wishing to sample alcoholic beverages may only do so if they are at least 21 years of age, can show valid I.D. and have an official Expo alcohol wristband.
• Anyone who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places in the exhibit hall will be asked to return to their contracted booth.
• In fairness to our exhibitors who invest in their exhibit opportunity, other supplier businesses on not allowed on the floor without having contracted their own booth space.
• No helium balloons allowed. All balloons need to be secured and anchored. Please note there is a $50 per balloon popping fee.
• By attending the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo, you consent to the use of your image and/or name by the Oklahoma Restaurant Association on marketing materials and any registered publishing, broadcast, and cable or social media without charge or obligation.
• Failure to comply with Oklahoma Hospitality Expo policies will result in expulsion from the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo and forfeiture of the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo badge and monies paid.
