Move-In & Move Out
Exhibitors may begin moving into the Oklahoma City Convention Center on Monday, August 26 (for display vehicles and large trucks) from
1 p.m. - 6 p.m. and continue on Tuesday, August 27 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. There is only one unloading area that has multiple loading docks. It is located on the East side of the convention center. This area is equipped with several dock-high overhead doors, which can accommodate semi-trucks. A limited number of dollies are available for your use. On Thursday Expo closes at 3 p.m. Exhibit hall access closes at 7 p.m.

Expo Policies
•No helium balloons allowed, all balloons need to be secured and anchored. Please note there is a $50 per balloon popping fee.
• No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the ORA Expo (including infants and toddlers in strollers). This rule is strictly enforced and applies to both attendees and exhibitors.
• Anyone who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places in the exhibit hall will be asked to return to their contracted booth.
• In fairness to our exhibitors who invest in their exhibit opportunity, other supplier businesses on not allowed on the floor without having contracted their own booth space.
• The ORA Expo is a trade event and is NOT open to the public. You must be directly involved in the foodservice, hospitality, or tourism industry to attend.
• By attending the ORA Expo, you consent to the use of your image and/or name by the Oklahoma Restaurant Association on marketing materials and any registered publishing, broadcast, and cable or social media without charge or obligation.
• Failure to comply with ORA Expo policies will result in expulsion from the ORA Expo and forfeiture of ORA Expo badge and monies paid.

For your convenience, factor 110 accepts any exhibitor materials you wish to ship ahead of time. All items accompanied with a paid Material Handling order will be delivered to your booth ahead of exhibitor installation. Items shipped without paid Material Handling Orders will be held until an order is made and paid for. If you have questions about Material Handling, here is some help.

Shipping Direct to Oklahoma City Convention Center
The Oklahoma City Convention Center does not permit any UPS/FedEx small package advance shipments. Such items should be directed to the Advanced Warehouse. Freight shipments only will be accepted by factor 110 on Monday, August 26 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. A material handling order and advanced notice is required. Freight received without a paid Material Handling order will be invoiced plus a $50 fee and will be held until the material handling invoice is paid. factor 110 or ORA is not responsible for any items shipped directly to the convention center outside these restrictions.

The Oklahoma Hospitality Leaders Dinner is a gathering of leaders throughout the hospitality industry, and is an exclusive opportunity for restaurant, lodging and tourism members of the ORA, OHLA and OTIA, as well as ORA EXPO exhibitors to showcase solidarity and engage with elected officials.
Qualifying exhibitors are eligible for a predetermined number of complimentary seats as a part of their Expo booth contract. These seats are not guaranteed and must be confirmed with ORA prior to the cutoff date of August 19. After that date, the seats are no longer guaranteed due to the possibility of sellout.
