The Oklahoma Hospitality Expo is a private-industry trade show and not open to the public.
Expo Restrictions Strictly Enforced:
•No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo (including infants and toddlers in strollers). This rule is strictly enforced and applies to both attendees and exhibitors.
•Rolling carts, wheeled bags, and luggage carts will not be allowed in the exhibit hall.
•In fairness to our exhibitors who invest in their exhibit opportunity, other supplier businesses are not allowed on the floor without having contracted their own booth space.
•Anyone who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places in the exhibit hall will be asked to leave.
•Any and all registration fees are non-refundable.
The Oklahoma Hospitality Expo is a trade-only event and is not open to the public. Attendance is limited to individuals directly involved in the foodservice, hospitality, lodging, or tourism industries. Those registering on-site may be required to present a business card or other proof of industry affiliation.
By attending the Oklahoma Hospitality Expo, you authorize the Oklahoma Restaurant Association to use your name, image, likeness, or appearance in marketing materials and in any registered publishing, broadcast, cable, digital, or media coverage without compensation, charge, or obligation.
All attendees are expected to follow Oklahoma Hospitality Expo policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event, forfeiture of your Expo badge, and forfeiture of any monies paid.
