We have three state-of-the-art meeting spaces just outside the Expo entrance which we are providing to members so they may gather their general managers, sales teams or others for meetings held in conjunction with this big hospitality week. ORA will provide the meeting room, screen and projection unit for each room if needed.
All other expenses including food, beverage and special audio visual is at your own expense.
